Yoga with SEVEN BELLS is designed for those interested in a gentle technique. This practice incorporates a flowing sequences which warms up the body, while building alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Each class will end with a short period of rest and is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required.
SEVEN BELLS serves students at every level of skill and need with classes ranging from introductory too advanced.
Classes with SEVEN BELLS are donation based, free to the community and conducted under the direction of an experienced yoga teacher registered within the nationally founded Yoga Alliance.
